Randolph & James Flax Mills offers an opportunity to anyone, who is concerned about their health, and the well being of their friends and relatives to deal directly with the manufacturer. The prices are better of course, and it allows you to control the freshness of the product yourself. As our distributor you will receive a newsletter each month with updates on product information, and what other INEDDs are doing. There is an annual fee of $30 Cdn$ plus GST, or approximately $20 US$ to cover the cost of administration and mailing.
Requirements of a distributor (INEDD)
An Independent Northern Edge Direct Distributor is required to purchase a case of milled flax (12x 15oz). To start most small distributors choose the combo case: 8 bags Milled Flaxseed and 4 FresIf-Wheat Germ (26oz bag). If you do not intend to network, or sell these products for profit, this then is really the only requirement.

Requirements of larger buyers and networkers
In order to qualify for a rebate check, our marketing plan requires a distributor to purchase only one case ofNE Milled Flaxseed or a Combo case. Not a major requirement.
The first price break is a total of $300 of a distributor's personal purchases, plus the purchases of other distributors they have signed up (Called BV or Business Volume). This amounts to only four cases of Milled Flax per month. R & J will mail you a check for 6% of your total BV the month following. The next level is $900 per month, which will rebate you 12% and so on, to $10,000 per month is $36% of all BV is rebated to the distributor.
